A clear introduction.
A fair reward.
Introduce the buyer of Genime.com and earn 4% of the sale. These terms explain what qualifies, how an introduction is connected to a transaction, and when commission is paid.

How the referral arrangement works
These terms form the agreement between Genime.com (“Genime”, “we”, “us”) and the person who generates or uses a Genime referral link (the “referrer” or “you”). Genime’s legal operator is identified under “Operator” below.
By generating a referral link, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.
Four percent of the sale
For a qualifying introduction that results in a completed sale of Genime.com, Genime will pay you a commission equal to 4% of the domain purchase price actually received by the seller.
The calculation excludes VAT or other transaction taxes, separately itemized escrow or transfer charges, interest, finance charges, refunds and amounts that are not ultimately received by the seller.
A genuine connection to the buyer
An introduction qualifies when it genuinely brings Genime.com to the attention of a prospective buyer and materially contributes to that buyer entering the acquisition process.
A referral will not normally qualify where the prospective buyer was already in active acquisition discussions with Genime before the introduction, or where the referrer is acting as the buyer, controls the buyer, or was already directly responsible for the buyer’s acquisition process.
People connected with the same organization are not automatically excluded. Genime will consider whether the introduction was genuine and useful, with the aim of rewarding real assistance without creating friction for the acquisition.
Connecting the introduction to the sale
The referral link is the simplest evidence of an introduction, but it is not the only evidence. Attribution may also be established through Acquisition Brief requests, correspondence, timestamps, introductions between people, or other reliable records showing the connection.
A later change of browser, device or email address does not by itself break an otherwise verifiable referral chain.
Referral eligibility lasts for 24 months from the prospective buyer’s first recorded engagement through the referral. If meaningful acquisition discussions began during that period and continue in good faith, Genime may continue to recognize the introduction beyond it.
One commission, resolved fairly
If more than one person claims the same buyer, Genime will review the available evidence and ordinarily recognize the earliest effective introduction. Where separate introductions made a material contribution, Genime may divide the 4% commission between the relevant referrers.
The total referral commission payable in connection with any buyer and resulting transaction will never exceed 4% of the domain purchase price actually received by the seller. Where more than one referrer qualifies, that 4% may be divided between them; it is not multiplied. Referral attribution will be resolved separately from the acquisition and will not be used to delay, obstruct or jeopardize the sale.
Following completed transfer
Commission becomes payable after the purchase funds have cleared and the domain transfer has completed. If the agreed purchase price is received in more than one payment, commission is paid proportionately as each payment is received.
Before payment, you may be asked for reasonable identity, payment and tax information. Payment will normally be made within 30 days after the relevant sale proceeds are received and the necessary payment information has been supplied.
You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on your commission.
Be clear, accurate and considerate
You may share your link privately or publicly. If you share it publicly or in promotional content, you must make it clear, prominently and before engagement, that it is advertising and that you will earn a commission if the introduction results in a sale—for example, by using an upfront “Ad” label and a clear commission disclosure.
You must not:
- send spam or use purchased contact lists;
- make false or misleading statements about Genime, its ownership, value, availability or likely sale terms;
- impersonate Genime or suggest that you can bind or negotiate on behalf of Genime;
- use unlawful, deceptive, coercive or harassing methods;
- place paid advertisements, bid on Genime names or create confusing accounts or domains without prior written permission; or
- alter, conceal or interfere with referral tracking.
Useful progress, without exposing the buyer
Genime may send operational messages about your link and general progress milestones. These may include confirmation that a link was created or used, or that an introduction has progressed.
Progress messages are informational and do not guarantee a sale or commission. Genime will not disclose a prospective buyer’s identity, confidential negotiations or detailed browsing activity without an appropriate reason and permission.
Verification and misuse
Genime may review referrals to prevent duplicate claims, manipulation, fraud and unlawful promotion. Commission may be withheld where a claim is fraudulent, fabricated, materially misleading or connected with a serious breach of these terms.
Before reaching that conclusion, Genime will consider the available evidence and give the referrer a reasonable opportunity to explain the circumstances.
An introduction, not an agency
You are an independent participant in the referral program. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership, joint venture, agency or authority to represent or contract on behalf of Genime.
You are not expected to negotiate the acquisition. Pricing, due diligence, negotiations, acceptance of a buyer and completion remain entirely between Genime and the prospective buyer.
Existing introductions remain protected
You may stop participating at any time. Genime may change, pause or close the program, but changes will not unfairly remove commission eligibility from a qualifying introduction already made under the terms that applied at that time.
Genime may end participation immediately for fraud, serious misuse, unlawful conduct or material breach. Provisions concerning attribution, payment, confidentiality, tax, disputes and governing law continue where relevant.
A proportionate arrangement
Genime does not promise that a referral link will be visited, that a prospective buyer will inquire, or that an acquisition will complete. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, neither party is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential losses arising from the referral program. Genime’s total liability relating to a qualifying referral will not exceed the commission that would be payable for that referral.
Resolve the evidence, preserve the deal
If you believe an introduction has not been attributed correctly, email [email protected] from the address used for your referral link, or reply to a referral-program message. Please include your referral link and any useful evidence.
Both sides will first try to resolve the matter promptly and in good faith. Any referral dispute remains separate from the buyer’s acquisition and does not give a referrer a right to delay or interfere with the transaction.
Who runs Genime

Questions about the referral program may be sent to [email protected] or raised by replying to a referral-program message.
